Kim and I met when we were in college. We clicked right away and she would always crack me up with her Long Island accent, her fondness for big sunglasses and love of good food.
There were many things that Kim and I had in common, like both being Italian but we also were both big dreamers. We always had ideas, plans, imagination, creativity, so it was no surprise through social media, we connected again after 20 years to blog together over her passion for food and my passion for fashion.
Today we collaborated on a post of her grandmother’s ricotta pie and my perfect Easter outfit. Kim’s recipes always consist of practical, delicious meals that are perfect for the busy mom or have been a recipe in her family for many years.
While one of my favorite things to do during the holidays is getting dressed up, I’m not always good with coming up with delicious recipes. I wanted Kim to share a recipe that has been part of her family’s Easter tradition. Here is her grandmother’s ricotta pie.
