I know most people aren’t doing much for New Years this year but even if you’re staying home, it’s always fun to dress up. I’ve picked some of my favorite sparkly tops that can easily be paired with jeans to make you feel festive and in the mood to have a little fun. We have to at least try, right?!? 2021 has to be better so let’s ring it in with our best self!
